We are not a lender or financial institution. Loan approval, rejection, interest rates, and all financial decisions remain solely with the concerned bank or NBFC.
3. Use of Information
All information shared by clients must be accurate and complete.
By submitting your details, you authorize SK Associates to share your information with partnered banks, NBFCs, or insurance companies for processing your application.
4. No Guarantee of Approval
Submission of an application through SK Associates does not guarantee loan approval or issuance of any financial product. All decisions depend on the policies and credit assessment of the respective financial institution.
5. Third-Party Policies
Our partner banks, NBFCs, and insurance companies have their own terms, policies, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and charges. Clients are advised to review these before availing any product.
6. Service Charges
SK Associates charges clients for the services provided, including but not limited to documentation support, application processing assistance, coordination with banks/NBFCs, and other facilitation services.
All applicable charges will be clearly informed to the client in advance before initiating any service. No charges are collected without prior communication and client consent.
7. Document Submission
Clients must provide valid, original, and correct documents. SK Associates is not liable for delays caused due to incomplete, incorrect, or pending documentation.
8. Limitation of Liability
SK Associates is not responsible for:
- Loan rejection or delays by financial institutions

Interest rates, processing fees, or any charges levied by the bank/NBFC
- Losses arising due to decisions made based on information from third-party institutions
9. Data Privacy
We maintain confidentiality of client documents and information. Data is shared strictly for processing financial applications with authorised partners.
10. Modification of Terms
SK Associates reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws applicable in India.
